All domestic parcels are shipped via New Zealand Post.
North Island shipping: next day delivery.
South Island shipping: 2-3 days delivery.
International Delivery
Sorry, as of 1st July 2021 we are no longer able to ship to Europe and the United Kingdom due to changes to VAT tax requirements. You can read more about this here or alternatively, find a stockist.
All International parcels to eligible regions are shipped via Air Satchel or Express Courier:
Express Courier
International Express Courier packages are a fully tracked, faster delivery option using DHL Express Worldwide, with delivery times ranging between 1-5 business days anywhere in the world.
Air Satchel (Tracked)
International Air Satchel parcels are shipped via New Zealand Post. Our estimated delivery times are as follows:
Australia (Zone A): 3 – 6 working days
South Pacific (Zone B): 6 – 10 working days
Asia (Zone C): 6 – 10 working days
North America (Zone D): 6 – 10 working days
Rest of the world (Zone E): 6 – 10 working days
Please note: New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of their delivery chain, therefore we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. While most items arrive at their destination within the time frame specified above, delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable or is held in Customs, may take longer.
Duty & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local taxes and duties which you will be required to pay to the relevant authority before delivery is made. Flexo has no control over these fees and does not collect such fees on behalf of foreign countries.
